September 26th—28th Ft, Washita Civil War Days

 

This will be a weekend long event feature a siege type scenario of  Ft. Washita. Those that can arrive early will be asked to help build temporary fortifications and fortified picket posts for the scenario. Campaign camping encouraged, Static Camping availible. MAX EFFORT

 

 

November 20th– 22nd Honey Springs Battlefield Soldiers Life Program

 

Honey Springs Battlefield Soldiers Life Program. Living History Encampment Friday through Sunday. Drill and soldier's life displays for the public.

 

December 5-6th  Prairie Grove Living History

 

Christmas will be in the air as in the days of the Civil War at Prairie Grove Battlefield during this weekend includes various military drills, camp life, and other living history activities throughout the weekend at various times and locations. Visitors are encouraged to wander the grounds and talk with the reenactors. This event has a regulated camp and impression please email Cal Kinzer for details. (Optional)

 

December 5-6th Caddo Autumn Elmore City

 

If you are looking for a non scripted event with plenty of room to roam and fight then this is a must.  The ground has plenty of timber with high hills and makes for a time to work on our skills as soldiers from the Civil War period. Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. Static Camp encouraged. (Optional)
